I attended U of MO for a year. Joined the Army in September, 1958, served as a hospital lab technician at Fort Meade, Maryland. I was an E-4 when I was discharged in 1961. I received my BS degree from Howard University in Psychology in 1969. I was a medical lab supervisor at Childrens' Hospital in Washington, DC while attending Howard. I receivedmy MS degree in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1974 in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Between 1969 and 1971, I worked for Warner Lambert as a market research analyst and a personnel specialist; between 1971 and 1974, I worked for JCPenney as a management and sales management trainer. I was an assistant training manager for Domino Surgar in New York between 1974 and 1976. I then worked between 1976-78 for Anaconda/Atlantic Richfield as the manager of training and organization development in New York and my last corporate job was at Texasgulf in Stamford, Connecticut between 1978 and 1980 where I was corporate training manager. I lived in CT, got married and raised a family between 1978 and 2006.

I started my management training and consulting practice in 1980. My focus has been and continues to be in the areas of management/supervisory training and development; team building; executive coaching and workplace diversity. Clients have included both public and private organizations here and abroad.

I am semi-retired now and have chosen to enjoy my new life-style in North Carolina where I can enjoy a good quality of life and have fun with my family. I play a little golf, still listen to my jazz music and try to work with young people with regards to their career aspirations.

Roger was a quiet and studious guy.  He was always polite, courteous and friendly.  I am certain that his friends and family will have many, many fond memories of him as time passes.
