Life has been good. Retired in 2015, Worked for a half dozen local manufacturers.
Peg was my date for our Senior Prom, and continues to be my love today. We were blessed with our two children and now our four grandchildren. It is so much more fun going to their games and events then our own children! They even want to know why grandma and grandpa aren't at "practice"?
Finally made it to Italy and Rome this past fall. Did the full tour of the Vatican. Was in an audience with Pope Benedict and even learned a few Italian words. Brother Ribbing would be proud! Was blessed to visit the Holy Land - pre Covid!

School Story:

After I received my first report card, without any D's or F's, I became a little more at ease and felt perhaps that I really belonged at McBride. The last three years were a lot of fun!
Enjoyed everything and everyone, from the chocolate chip cookies in the cafeteria, to the little hole in the wall Student Council office, McBride High was a great place to grow up. Thanks to all the Brothers for keeping us in line. Thanks to the Coaches for caring so much and giving of their time.
I loved the plays, the assemblies, the pep rallies, the sports events, the whole ambiance of the place.
I don't miss the smell of the locker rooms, the "tough skin" on the feet, or the whirl pool!!

Kevin, Happy Birthday! I hope you are well and Covid free and have two shots of the vaccine in the shoulder so you can continue on toward that next birthday and next and next. What a year, hope this next year is better for you and all of us.

Did you read were the McBride Alumni is sponsoring a dance this coming September at Chaminade? Plan on coming and show us some of those "moves" you had on the dance floor at those great mixers of the '60's! Enjoy your day, John B

Happy Birthday Larry! Hope "73" finds you in good health and sound mind! It's always
good to achieve another birthday, especially after this past year. Hopefully you have gotten
your shot(s) and can begin to live a little better life than this past year. I trust that you are
still living in Florida, enjoy the day. Go out on the beach, read a book and get a tan.
Don't forget the sunblock, the vaccine doesn't prevent sun burn! John B

Happy Birthday Mike! We got bombed with about 6' of snow and sub zero temperatures yesterday. It's probably on its way out to you, maybe in the form of rain. Hope you can get 18 holes in today! John B.

Impressive resume, sounds like Paul found himself and was very comfortable with living his life.  He certainly made the most of the gifts God gave to him and more importantly, he shared those gifts through his performances, his teaching and his mentoring.  Rest in peace Paul.  John Bischof
