Graduated St. Benedicts's College, Atchison, Kansas, 1965. Graduated University of Missouri, School of Law, Columbia, Missouri, 1969. Practiced civil and criminal law in Missouri, Arizona, Colorado and the District of Columbia. As a Legislative Fellow, worked for Senator Dennis DeConcini in 1987 on the U. S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Worked for various telecommunications companies as General Counsel and in Government Affairs in Arizona, the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Retired as Vice-President, Government Affairs, Potomac Region for Comcast in 2007.
